Note: When at least one party does not have legal representation at the mediation appointment, we always invite parties to have agreements reviewed by legal counsel (or other professionals) before finalizing and/or signing.
We encourage parties to take Crash Course Divorce before their first mediation session. This provides time to gather information and to prepare for discussions with the mediator. Attending this class, however, is not required.

Our office then will confirm the appointment by phone or email with all parties. The deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Any unused portion of the deposit is refunded in 1/2 hour increments.
